Ingredients:
- 320 g of pasta (preferably spaghetti or fusilli)
- 3 tablespoons of Minnelea Sun-Dried Tomato Paté
- 100 g of pitted black olives
- 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 clove of garlic
- Chili pepper (optional)
- Chopped fresh parsley
- Grated Parmigiano Reggiano
Preparation:
- Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water until al dente.
- Meanwhile, in a pan, heat the extra virgin olive oil with the garlic and chili pepper (if desired).
- Add the Sun-Dried Tomato Paté and black olives, cooking over low heat for a couple of minutes.
- Drain the pasta and pour it directly into the pan with the sauce, mixing well to combine all the ingredients.
