Refund policy
Our 30-Day Return Policy states that, after receiving an item, you have 30 days to request a return.
For an item to be eligible for return, it must be in the same condition as when you received it, must not have been worn or used, must include all tags, and must be in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns must be shipped to the seller’s address, which is provided on the fiscal document delivered with the merchandise.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if you notice any defects, damages, or if you have received the wrong item. This will allow us to assess the issue and work towards a resolution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the received item and, once the return is accepted, purchase the new item separately.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days for any reason and without providing any justification. As stated above, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, must not have been worn or used, must include all tags, and must be in its original packaging. Additionally, you will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once the seller has received and inspected your return, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive your refund through the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and display the refund.
