Spirulina has multiple nutritional and therapeutic properties thanks to the substances it contains: High biological value proteins: the quality of the proteins is high. This parameter is evaluated based on the presence of essential amino acids (amino acids that are not produced by the body and must necessarily be introduced through the diet). Spirulina contains all 8 essential amino acids (Phenylalanine, Isoleucine, Leucine, Lysine, Methionine, Threonine, Tryptophan, Valine). Essential fatty acids: Omega 3 and omega 6, which counteract cholesterol and triglyceride levels. Carbohydrates: including rhamnose and glycogen.
