Made with 100% Piedmontese Organic Ottofile Corn and Buckwheat, these cakes are ideal as a bread substitute or to create light snacks.

They are free from colorings, preservatives, and GMOs. They contain little salt and are therefore suitable for a low-sodium diet and in cases of hypertension.

The great thing about these cakes is that you can eat them whenever and wherever you want.
At breakfast with jam, a spread, or honey. As a bread substitute during main meals or to create tasty and light snacks with fresh cheeses and vegetables.

We believe in short supply chains and the sustainability of local products, which is why we wanted them to be 100% Piedmontese; produced with Ottofile Corn and Buckwheat grown in the high Langa lands in Piedmont, province of Cuneo.

The raw material is whole, intact, whole grain. This allows us to preserve all the nutritional and organoleptic benefits during the pressing phase.
