Corn Cakes, a tasty alternative to bread
Made with 100% Piedmontese corn, these cakes are ideal as a bread substitute or to create light snacks.
They are free from colorants, preservatives, and GMOs. They contain little salt and are therefore suitable for a low-sodium diet and in cases of hypertension.
Perfect for breakfast with jam, a spreadable cream, or honey, as a bread substitute during main meals or to create tasty and light snacks with fresh cheeses and vegetables.
We believe in short supply chains and the sustainability of local products, which is why we wanted them to be 100% Piedmontese; produced with different types of corn grown in the lands of Alta Langa in Piedmont, province of Cuneo.
The raw material is whole, intact, wholegrain. This allows us to preserve all the nutritional and organoleptic benefits during the pressing phase.
