The slow drying at low temperature preserves the organoleptic qualities of the wheat, ensuring a perfect texture and authentic flavor.
How to use: Cook the Fusilli in plenty of salted water for about 7 minutes, or until the desired texture is reached. Drain and season to taste with your favorite sauce.
