Gelato making: for Peanut flavor or combinations with white chocolate and chopped nuts. Pastry making: flavor pastry creams, spreads, and baked cakes. Cuisine: for dressings, sauces, or mayonnaise with an intense profile.

Free from colorants, sugar, and added flavorings; vegan. Ingredient: roasted peanuts.

Use and dosage 🍨

• Recommended dosage: 80–100 g per liter of base mixture
• Storage: store in a cool, dry place away from heat sources
