Our chocolate reinterpretation of the traditional Piedmontese dessert Persi Pien (stuffed peaches): enveloping dark chocolate, our Piedmontese amaretti with their intense flavor, and soft, fruity peach jam. A rich, surprising center that brings back the genuine flavors of traditional Piedmontese cuisine. Handmade and individually wrapped, with no preservatives. Gluten-free.
Ingredients: dark chocolate (cocoa paste 70%, cane sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, vanilla extract), peach jam (peach, sucrose, glucose), amaretti (ALMONDS, EGGS, sugar), sunflower seed oil, peach concentrate (peach juice 37%, sugar, glucose syrup, maltodextrins, chicory vegetable fibers, pectins, citric acid, malic acid, flavorings).
