Rigatone from Pasta di Canossa is made with 100% Italian semi-whole durum wheat semolina: the wheat is processed at the Tenuta Cuniola pasta factory in San Martino, Ferrara. Pasta di Canossa is an artisanal rough and porous pasta, with a texture that holds up perfectly when cooked, in a light ochre color, characteristic of bronze die extrusion and slow drying (14-20 hours). The particular ridges and shape design ensure the pasta perfectly absorbs the sauce. The result is a high-quality pasta.

Usage tips: Perfect for hearty sauces, ragù, baked recipes, and Sunday dishes, Rigatoni represent the authentic simplicity of Italian cuisine.
