The Spaghetti Pasta di Canossa are made with 100% Italian semi-whole durum wheat semolina: the wheat is processed at the Tenuta Cuniola pasta factory in San Martino, Ferrara. Pasta di Canossa is a handcrafted pasta that is rough and porous, with a texture that holds cooking perfectly, a light ochre color, characteristics of bronze-die shaping and slow drying (14-20 hours). The particular ridging and shape design ensure the pasta absorbs the sauce perfectly. The result is a high-quality pasta.

Usage advice: Spaghetti are excellent with tomato sauces, fish sauces, vegetables, or a traditional meat ragù.
