Undoubtedly, one of the most renowned honeys around😋. Unique and genuine, amber-colored when freshly extracted, turning hazelnut when crystallized. Its texture becomes soft and creamy over time. Aroma and smell are very strong, intense, and pungent🌬️. Its flavor is the most distinctive note: unlike other honeys, its taste is bitter.

Thanks to its anti-inflammatory properties, strawberry tree honey is highly recommended to counter cough, sore throat, and fever👩‍⚕️. It pairs very well with aged cheeses, ice cream, and coffee🧀🍧☕.

Particularly difficult to obtain, its production takes place in the coldest months of the year and only if the climatic conditions are favorable. Rainy summers and mild winters play a decisive role.
