ValMairotto is an artisanal leavened cake from Pasticceria Brignone in Dronero, made with the same long, naturally leavened dough used for panettone and colomba, and created to be enjoyed in every season. Enriched with unsweetened cocoa, hazelnut paste, dark chocolate chips, and chopped hazelnuts for a rich, authentic experience.
