Alia Skin Care was born in Valderice, in the Trapani area, from the passion of Dr. Debora Pollina — pharmacist and cosmetologist — for natural cosmetics and her land. The name "Alia" comes from Arabic and means "high, elevated, sublime": a promise of quality reflected in the rigorous selection of every raw material and the high concentration of active ingredients present in every formula.
The company collaborates with local agricultural producers to obtain plant extracts and essential oils typical of the Mediterranean scrub. But the beating heart of every product is the extra virgin olive oil produced in the family olive grove: not just a simple ingredient, but the symbol of a cosmetic line rooted in Sicilian tradition.

All Alia Skin Care cosmetics are Bio Eco Cosmesi AIAB certified, vegan, cruelty free, and nickel tested: formulated to be suitable even for the most sensitive and reactive skin.

Every Alia bottle is a small tribute to Sicilian tradition. The labels reproduce hand-painted majolica tiles created by the Trapani ceramic artist Giuliana Cordio.
