Industrie Montali was founded in 1910 as a tomato processing company producing concentrate that at the time was directly packaged in jars. However, tomato processing was a seasonal activity, and over time other processes have also been developed.

The evolution of tastes over 100 years has been interpreted by the “chefs” of Industrie Montali with the proposal of refined Italian sauces for first courses, sauces for appetizers, dressings for salads, in addition to the traditional tomato concentrate derivatives.
