The Oliottaviani Extra Virgin Olive Oil collection on Natura Bio Italia offers handcrafted oils produced in the Tuscia Viterbese, a land historically suited to olive growing. The Canino, Leccino, Frantoio, and Moraiolo varieties are carefully selected and processed to obtain an authentic extra virgin oil, rich in aromas and character.

The production process includes crushing within 24 hours of harvest and cold pressing below 27°C, in order to preserve aromas, polyphenols, and nutritional qualities. The result is a high-quality Italian EVO oil, with naturally low acidity and a balanced taste profile, ideal both for everyday use and to enhance raw dishes.

The range includes 500ml and 750ml bottles, tins, and Bag in Box, formats designed to ensure optimal preservation and convenience.
