Salumeria Toscana

Salumeria Toscana is a shop in Castelfiorentino, in the province of Florence, that has been selecting Tuscan specialties since 2016. It doesn’t produce anything itself: it chooses the producers and brings their work to your table.

Among the selected producers are Caseificio Follonica and Caseificio Nuovo for pecorino and goat cheeses, Salumificio Poggetto and Bontà Toscane for salami, finocchiona and Prosciutto Toscano DOP, and Macelleria Savigni for Cinta Senese DOP cured meats, as well as meat sauces, Sienese desserts, honey, oils and Tuscan wines.

The cured meats and cheeses arrive vacuum-packed and are shipped in refrigerated packaging to preserve the authentic flavors of Tuscan tradition.
