Ingredients: soft wheat flour type “0”* 40%, butter* 20%, jam* 15% (glucose-fructose syrup from corn*, apricot purée* 23%, pectin, citric acid, natural flavors), powdered cane sugar* 15%, eggs* 10%, baking powder (cream of tartar, sodium bicarbonate, calcium carbonate), salt.
Bio-Pan classic tarts are made by hand, one at a time, following the traditional recipe passed down by grandmothers and baked in a wood-fired oven. Perfect as a wholesome snack for adults and children, or as a delicious dessert at the end of a meal.
