How to use

Once removed from its packaging, speck keeps well wrapped in the cloth, in a cool place or in the refrigerator; it is important not to store it next to foods with a strong smell.

In its vacuum packaging, speck keeps for several months without losing quality, in a cool, dark place or in the refrigerator. However, the vacuum packaging should be opened at least one hour before eating: at room temperature, the meat needs to breathe to release its full aroma.
