Handcrafted chocolates containing the unique flavor of Genepy, an aromatic Alpine herb selected from local producers, coated in dark chocolate. Handmade according to the tradition of Pasticceria Brignone since 1964, they pay tribute to the Maira Valley. Gluten-free.
Genepy is the common name for aromatic plants of the Artemisia genus found in the Western Alps, known for their intense fragrance and digestive properties, and used for centuries in liqueurs and elixirs.
Ingredients: sugar, dark chocolate (cocoa mass 70%, cane sugar, cocoa butter, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, vanilla extract), Genepy 40° (16% of the finished product), MILK, free-range EGGS, rice starch.
Allergens: contains SOY, MILK, EGGS. Produced in a facility where NUTS and GLUTEN are used.
