Beef Kaminwurzen, 3 pieces (180 g): Kaminwurzen are smoked sausages typical of South Tyrol; this version from SEPP'Manufaktur is made entirely from beef.

SEPP'Manufaktur's beef Kaminwurzen are made from 100% beef, stuffed into edible casings, lightly smoked, and aged for at least two weeks. The mild flavor of the beef combines with the typical smoky aroma of Kaminwurzen.

How to enjoy them

Beef Kaminwurzen are ideal for a classic South Tyrolean snack (Marende), served on a board with cheese, bread, and pickles; they are also perfect for a picnic during a mountain hike, with a view of the peaks.

Ingredients

Beef, salt, natural flavors, dextrose, maltodextrin, antioxidants: ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate; preservative: sodium nitrite.
176 g of beef were used to make 100 g of finished product.

The product complies with the microbiological criteria of Regulation (EC) 2073/2005, as currently in force. It does not contain genetically modified organisms that must be declared on the label; no genetically modified materials were used in production (Regulations (EC) 1829/2003 and 1830/2003).
