House salami, 180 g: traditional pork salami aged for at least 5 weeks, with a slightly sweet and finely spiced flavor.
For its traditional house salami, SEPP'Manufaktur uses pork (Vulkanland pork bearing the AMA quality seal), stuffed into an artificial casing and air-cured for at least 5 weeks. During the curing process, the salami develops its characteristic aroma; it is then washed and packaged.
Salami, perhaps the most famous raw sausage of all, delights with a slightly sweet and finely spiced flavor.
- Artisanally produced in South Tyrol
- Lightly smoked
- Strict, regular checks throughout the entire production process
How to enjoy it
House salami is ideal for a classic South Tyrolean snack (Marende), served on a board with cheese, bread, and pickles; it is also perfect for a picnic during a mountain hike.
