Organic Kaminwurzen, 3 pieces (180 g): traditional smoked salami from South Tyrol, made with organic pork, to enjoy on a charcuterie board or during a hike.

SEPP'Manufaktur's organic Kaminwurzen are made with organic pork, stuffed into edible casings, lightly smoked and aged for at least 2 weeks. They are then washed, dried and packaged.

They are rooted in organic farming, with animal husbandry that respects the needs of the species and allows the animals to follow their natural behaviors.

How to enjoy

Ideal for a traditional South Tyrolean snack board (Brettlmarende) with cheese, bread and pickles, or for a picnic during a mountain hike.

Ingredients

Pork*, salt, spices*, dextrose*, antioxidants: ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate; herbs*, preservative: sodium nitrite; edible pork collagen casing. 176 g of pork** were used to make 100 g of finished product.

Vacuum-packed: do not damage the packaging; store in a cool place at a maximum temperature of 22 °C.
