Bio-Pan's spelt tart is a vegan recipe: the pastry combines wholemeal spelt flour, type “0” flour, and vegetable margarine, while the filling is a hazelnut and cocoa cream. The 400-gram size is suitable for family breakfasts or a dessert to share.
