Bio-Pan's spelt tartlet is a vegan recipe: the shortcrust pastry combines wholemeal spelt flour, type “0” flour and vegetable margarine, while the filling is forest fruit jam. Thanks to its 70-gram single-serving size, the tartlet is convenient for an on-the-go snack or a simple dessert at the end of a meal.
