Pinot Bianco DOC "WEIß" 2025, 0.75 l bottle: the white wine born from the collaboration between SEPP'Manufaktur and Cantina Merano, designed to accompany the South Tyrolean afternoon snack (Marende).

For this special edition, SEPP'Manufaktur and Cantina Merano set out together to find the ideal white wine for the South Tyrolean afternoon snack, finding it in this Pinot Bianco DOC, simply called WEIß, meaning "white".

Authentic, lively and fresh: these are the adjectives that best describe it. Pinot Bianco finds ideal conditions in the poor soils and sunny slopes around Merano and in Val Venosta; successfully cultivated in South Tyrol for over 150 years, in recent years it has become the region's leading white grape variety. Its versatility makes it suitable for many pairings.
