How to use it

The speck board is part of the traditional South Tyrolean snack (Marende): as well as serving as a work surface, it can be used to stylishly serve speck or other specialties at the table.

Care

The board should not be washed under running water or in the dishwasher; clean it with a damp cloth. The wood is treated with a special oil: if it becomes rough over time or due to improper care, simply sand it and apply another coat of regular food-grade oil.

The package contains the board only: the speck, knife, Schüttelbrot and herbs shown in the images are not included.
