Traditionally, Kaminwurzen are made with finely seasoned meat, then smoked and left to mature. SEPP'Manufaktur's venison Kaminwurzen are stuffed into edible casings, lightly smoked and matured for at least two weeks.

The delicate flavor of venison blends with the typical smoky aroma of Kaminwurzen.

Serving suggestions

Venison Kaminwurzen are ideal for a classic South Tyrolean snack (Marende), served on a board with cheese, bread and pickles; they are also perfect for a picnic during a mountain hike, with a view of the peaks.

Pork (Vulkanland pork bearing the AMA quality seal)*, venison (game), salt, spices, dextrose, maltodextrin, natural flavors, antioxidants: ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate; preservative: sodium nitrite.
138 g of pork and 39 g of venison were used to make 100 g of finished product.
