Wild boar Kaminwurzen, 3 pieces (180 g): smoked South Tyrolean salami sticks made with wild boar and pork, to enjoy on a charcuterie board or during a hike.

The wild boar Kaminwurzen from SEPP'Manufaktur combine wild boar with pork (Vulkanland pork, AMA quality seal) and are a specialty for those who enjoy refined flavors. Traditionally, Kaminwurzen are made with finely seasoned, smoked and cured meat; those from SEPP'Manufaktur are stuffed into edible casings, lightly smoked and cured for at least 2 weeks.

The wild flavor of the wild boar combines with the characteristic smoky aroma of Kaminwurzen.

How to enjoy

Ideal for a traditional South Tyrolean snack platter (Brettlmarende) with cheese, bread and pickles, or for a picnic during a mountain hike.

Ingredients

Pork (Vulkanland pork with AMA quality seal)*, wild boar (game), salt, spices, dextrose, maltodextrins, natural flavors, antioxidants: ascorbic acid, sodium ascorbate; preservative: sodium nitrite. 138 g of pork and 39 g of wild boar were used to make 100 g of finished product.
