SEPP'Manufaktur's wild boar salami is made with 20% wild boar meat and the rest pork (Vulkanland pork with AMA quality seal). The salami is then stuffed into an artificial casing and air-dried. L'high proportion of wild boar meat makes it the ideal specialty for those who love the intense flavor of game, while the pork makes it succulent.

How to enjoy it

Ideal for a classic South Tyrolean snack board (Brettlmarende) with cheese, bread, and pickled gherkins, or for a picnic during a mountain hike.

Remove the artificial casing before consumption.

Ingredients

Pork (Vulkanland pork with AMA quality seal)*, wild boar meat (game), salt, spices, dextrose, flavorings, seasoning (corn-based), natural flavorings, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate; spice extract, preservative: sodium nitrite. 129 g of pork and 35 g of wild boar meat are used to make 100 g of finished product.
