Buckwheat tartlet with blueberry jam 70g - pack of 6 pieces.
Ingredients: buckwheat flour* 55%, non-hydrogenated margarine* 15% (high oleic sunflower oil*, shea butter*, water, green tea extract), jam* 15% (corn glucose-fructose syrup*, blueberry puree* 20%, pectin, citric acid, natural flavors), corn and barley malt syrup* 15%, leavening powder (cream of tartar, sodium bicarbonate, calcium carbonate).
The Bio-Pan buckwheat tartlets are handmade one by one, following the traditional grandmother’s recipe and baked in a wood-fired oven. Buckwheat is naturally gluten-free, ideal as an alternative snack to wheat for all those who want to eat healthily without giving up taste. Delicious and irresistible, they are available in four fillings: apricot, mixed berries, blueberry, or with vegan hazelnut cream.
