Classic organic tartlet with mixed berry jam 70g - 6 pieces.
Ingredients: soft wheat flour type “0”* 40%, butter* 20%, jam* 15% (corn* glucose-fructose syrup, mixed berry* puree 20%, pectin, citric acid, natural flavors), powdered cane sugar* 15%, eggs* 10%, leavening powder (cream of tartar, sodium bicarbonate, calcium carbonate).
The classic Bio-Pan tartlets are handmade one by one, following the ancient recipe of grandmothers and baked in a wood-fired oven. Perfect as a wholesome snack for adults and children or as a delicious dessert at the end of a meal. Tasty and irresistible, they are available in four fillings: apricot, wild berries, blueberry, or with vegan hazelnut cream.
