Tuscan Organic Acacia Honey from Apicoltura Fabbri in Lajatico comes from the hills of the Alta Valdera, in the province of Pisa, where the Fabbri family has been keeping bees since 1920. It is a honey with a very light straw-yellow color, almost transparent, a delicate floral aroma and a sweet, clean taste with no bitter notes.

Certified organic IT-BIO-007 - Italy Agriculture: no synthetic chemical treatments in the apiary, no pasteurization, just cold extraction and natural filtration.
