Ingredients: soft wheat flour type “0”* 40%, butter* 10%, jam* 40% (corn glucose-fructose syrup*, wild berry puree* 20%, pectin, citric acid, natural flavors), organic cane powdered sugar* 15%, eggs* 10%, leavening powder (cream of tartar, sodium bicarbonate, calcium carbonate), salt.
The classic Bio-Pan tarts are handmade one by one, following the traditional grandmother’s recipe and baked in a wood-fired oven. Perfect as a wholesome snack for both adults and children or as a delicious dessert at the end of a meal. Tasty and irresistible, they are available in four fillings: apricot, wild berry, blueberry, or with vegan hazelnut cream.
