Ingredients: buckwheat flour* 55%, non-hydrogenated margarine* 15% (high oleic sunflower oil*, shea butter*, water, green tea extract), jam* 15% (glucose-fructose corn syrup*, berry puree* 20%, pectin, citric acid, natural flavours), corn syrup and barley malt* 15%, raising agent (cream of tartar, sodium bicarbonate, calcium carbonate).

Bio-Pan buckwheat tarts are handmade one by one, according to the ancient recipe of grandmothers and cooked in a wood oven.
